Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email to upload up to 20 of your favorite photos, and exactly one month later, you’ll receive your next upload email, continuing every month for 12 months, with each set of photos becoming the next album in your collection.

We'll send a beautifully designed voucher, by email or in the mail, that you can slip into your wedding card. It carries their personal access code to start uploading photos and unlock their first year of books. Prefer it to go straight to them? Just add their email in the note at checkout and we'll deliver it directly.

Yes! If you purchase our "Review Your Design" feature with your initial subscription we will send you previews each month of what your album will look like and you can make changes if you wish!
Albums typically arrive between 4-6 days after the subscription date. For example, if you start your subscription on August 1st, you can expect each album to arrive between the 5th and 7th of every month, provided you send your photos when prompted to!
You will be charged as soon as you checkout, then exactly one month after that for the next 12 months, for each month's album
We work with each customer individually to ensure you are satisfied with each and every album. If you are unsatisfied with a certain month's album, we typically will send you a replacement album with the appropriate changes free of charge!
