What Happens Every Month?
Your subscription begins the day you place your order. Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email to upload up to 20 of your favorite photos, and exactly one month later, you’ll receive your next upload email—continuing every month for 12 months, with each set of photos becoming the next album in your collection.

Yes! If you purchase our "Review Your Design" feature with your initial subscription we will send you previews each month of what your album will look like and you can make changes if you wish!
Albums typically arrive between 4-6 days after the subscription date. For example, if you start your subscription on August 1st, you can expect each album to arrive between the 5th and 7th of every month, provided you send your photos when prompted to!
You will be charged as soon as you checkout, then exactly one month after that for the next 12 months, for each month's album
We work with each customer individually to ensure you are satisfied with each and every album. If you are unsatisfied with a certain month's album, we typically will send you a replacement album with the appropriate changes free of charge!

No, we will crop your image for you! Please do not pre-crop your photo since we will have to resize it which will increase processing time.
We ship to the U.S, Canada, UK, and Germany. Once shipped, delivery time is 4-8 days.
Issues with providing customizations can cause up to a 7 day delay on your order. Please make sure your image and text are attached correctly at checkout!
